Why Adlai?

 Adlai has been grown in the Philippines for generations but only recently has it appeared in the market. Adlai looks and tastes just like traditional rice, but its nutritional values and benefits are what sets it apart from every other grain. 


It can be cooked and processed as the main ingredient for many rice-based Filipino favorites such as kakanin, champorado, and arroz caldo to name a few. With its unique consistency, Adlai can also be used as substitute for pasta.
